Courses and Consultations

There are many ways to have a healthy pregnancy, and prepare for birth and postpartum. The courses I offer can be done in a group setting or individual, in-person or virtual.

Important

*From April 26, 2021 I will resume bookings for in-person courses! Virtual courses and consultations are still available. Group courses are still currently not available.  

*Due to Covid-19 restrictions my services are even more flexible, allowing for quick changes in accordance to official health guidelines as well as virtual assistance when needed.

*There is currently no cancellation fee for postponing a class due to illness. It is extremely important you notify my as soon as possible if you are feeling unwell so we can reschedule. In-person course participants are required to fill out the health declaration form prior to class.

*I comply with all mandated health regulations and wear a mask when teaching in-person courses.
