This 5 hr course includes: 2 x 2.5 hour sessions. Powerful tools for fear release, deep relaxation, and pain relief. Your rights, and informed consent. Course workbook with partner guide. Information about the birth process. Self-hypnosis and yoga nidra for pregnancy and birth. Comfort management techniques. Creating a birth plan. Postpartum preparation. Recorded files for at home use. Individual guidance until 8 weeks postpartum. Experience improved sleep quality, mood and focus while preparing your mind and body for your upcoming birth!
Cancellation Policy
Please contact me 24 hours before if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. The 30% late cancellation fee for cancellations later than 24 hours has been waved as unforeseen situations arise quickly, in which case please contact me as soon as possible.
