Service Description
Postpartum is a time for rest, recovery, getting to know your new baby and learning all about the 4th trimester and early parenthood! What's right for others may not be right for you, and learning to trust your instincts is so important! This hour can be spent discussing your wants and needs and how you can best prepare for YOUR postpartum. I can help you navigate all of your choices, figure out what's important to you and how you can put all of this into a plan. I will be in touch in advance of our meeting with a small questionnaire so our time can be spent well, and if you have any specific requests please let me know!
Cancellation Policy
Please contact me 24 hours before if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. The 30% late cancellation fee for cancellations later than 24 hours has been waved as unforeseen situations arise quickly, in which case please contact me as soon as possible.
